Meet The Team
Pete Liewer
Pete Liewer lives in Burke, South Dakota. He has always had a strong connection with pheasants. His fascination with these birds began back in the 6th grade when he had to work on a school project related to birds. As the years passed, he honed his skills and became one of the best taxidermists in the country, known for preserving the beauty of birds.
However, he couldn't help but notice a significant issue: there were plenty of people who enjoyed hunting pheasants, but the number of pheasants in the wild was decreasing.
In 2015, Pete decided to take establish Pete's Pheasant Farm to raise and repopulate these birds, and he has been dedicated to this mission ever since.
